The rules that are proposed to govern activity in the two mangrove destinations, grouped into five areas: ecosystem protection, sustainable tourism, facility management, safety, and community participation.
Proposed rules, not law
These rules are drafted with the community. Until a village adopts them, they are Proposed Conservation Rules and carry no legal force. This portal does not create sanctions and does not claim any enforcement authority.
Each rule names where it applies, what it is based on, who is responsible for it, and its status. Rules that apply to one destination only are marked as such.
