Seruni Mumbul Financial Policy — Workshop Aspirations & Policy Assessment

Ekowisata Mangrove Denda Seruni · 40 / 20 / 20 / 20 as recorded in the workshop group work

Pending Community AgreementWorkshop discussionFinancial policy Seruni MumbulUpdated 31 Oct 2026

This page records what the Seruni Mumbul group proposed in the workshop, and then examines each line — including the line that is missing.

Original Workshop Proposal — Not Approved

The 40 / 20 / 20 / 20 split is exactly what the group recorded. It is not a village policy. The assessment below is a recommendation, not a decision.

The conservation question#

The formula has no explicit conservation line. That does not mean conservation is not done — it means the funding source for it has not yet been defined, and ecosystem monitoring has no budget of its own. This is recorded as Requires clarification, not as an omission to be glossed over.

Policy statusPending Community Agreement

Original workshop proposal (40 / 20 / 20 / 20). Not approved. Village contribution requires institutional and legal verification.

Assessment by the documentation team. Each row is a recommendation, not an adopted decision.

PADes 20% — Requires Institutional & Legal Verification

The workshop described this share as a social fund, RT incentive and bereavement support. A village contribution and a village social-spending decision are different mechanisms, and village spending must follow the village budgeting procedure. No payment may be made on the strength of this proposal alone.
