Sugian Mangrove Ecotourism — Operational Management & Service SOP

Services, visitor flow, sub-procedures and responsibilities

Proposed frameworkOperational management SugianUpdated 31 Oct 2026

Service status is set by the management body

Not every activity listed here is operating. Each service carries a status — Existing, Pilot, Proposed or Temporarily Closed — and is recorded as Proposed until the management body confirms it. The list is a service catalogue, not a claim about what is currently running.

Sub-procedures#

Each sub-procedure below is a draft flow for one part of the operation. They are edited from the dashboard as content blocks and can be added, reordered or removed.

Sugian manages a mangrove ecotourism area with a growing set of community-run activities. This page is the operational reference for the destination: which services exist, how a visitor moves through them, who is responsible for each step, and which sub-procedures apply. It is a working draft prepared with the village group, not an adopted operating manual.
