A destination works with many parties — village government, BUMDes, guides, boat operators, UMKM, funders, agencies. They do not all receive a share of the surplus, and treating them as if they do is how a destination loses money it cannot account for.
A relationship is not a profit share
Only a party with a documented capital or service contribution and a valid agreement participates in a distribution. A partner that is paid for a service is paid for the service — not given a percentage of the surplus as well.
