The workshop has five objectives, agreed before the event. Each one maps to a concrete output on this portal, so progress can be checked rather than described.
1. Objectives#
| Objective | Output it produces | Where to follow it |
|---|---|---|
| Develop ecotourism SOPs for both villages | SOP registry SOP-01 to SOP-12 | SOP Document Library |
| Agree conservation rules and the zones they apply to | Village maps, zoning functions, protection rules | Conservation Maps & Zoning |
| Strengthen the capacity of managers, guides and community groups | Six documented learning sessions | Learning Sessions |
| Produce a financial allocation proposal | Sugian allocation proposal; Seruni Mumbul agreement process | Finance & Partnerships |
| Agree an action plan and monitoring arrangement | Per-village action plans, 30–60–90 day roadmap | Action Plan |
2. How the objectives are assessed#
Objectives 1–3 are assessed inside the workshop: the procedure drafts and the maps exist or they do not. Objectives 4 and 5 are assessed after it, because a proposal is not an agreement and a plan is not an implementation.
Evaluation indicators pending
The indicator set and the post-workshop evaluation instrument are supplied by the programme team. Until then, this page lists the objectives and their outputs without claiming they have been met.
Supporting documents & downloads
One page can carry several PDF attachments. Until the documentation team uploads them, this section says so instead of offering an empty download.
Supporting documents will be available after publication.
