The workshop runs for three days, 16–18 October 2026, at Aston Inn Mataram, with participants from Desa Sugian and Desa Seruni Mumbul.
The three days#
Day one opens with the participatory Pentahelix discussion and moves into professional ecotourism governance. Day two completes the governance block and adds the technical sessions on mangrove conservation and water rescue. Day three covers budgeting and financial policy, then closes with the integrated SOP simulation and the decision-making session.

Revenue sources, operating and maintenance costs, surplus, allocation policy and financial transparency, with separate group work for each village.
