The conservation and spatial function plan for Sugian Mangrove Ecotourism. The reference map is displayed exactly as supplied; the zone categories below are a design framework for discussion.
What this page is, and what it is not
This page shows the village reference map with an indicative spatial framework. It is not a zoning determination, not a permit and not a boundary survey. No boundary has been drawn by this portal.
Draft visual tata ruang from the workshop. Zone names and functions follow the board; the boundary is “indikatif berdasarkan peta asli”. No area figure, coordinate or permit status is established here.

Zone legend#
A · Existing spatial conditions#
The area is a tidal mangrove system bordered by coastal settlement and community ponds. Reference points supplied with the village map: Pantai Kokok Pedek, Pantai Keramat Sugian, the coastal settlement, the ecotourism gate and information area, the facility intervention area, a further development area, and the coastal direction towards Gili Sulat–Gili Lawang. Positions are described by reference point only; no coordinate or area figure has been established by this portal.
B · Ecotourism facility development#
Facility development is described as an area of intervention, not as a set of existing buildings. Any facility requires the spatial check in the verification table before work begins, and no construction is proposed inside the protection area.
C · Coastal settlement & community economy#
The coastal settlement and the community economy occupy the landward side of the area. Stalls, parking and the meeting point are placed inside the settlement footprint by arrangement with the village, not by this plan.
D · Conservation & ecological protection#
The mangrove area is proposed for protection: no clearing, no fill, no extraction, no route that requires cutting the root network. The protection boundary is pending verification — see the verification table below.
E · Visitor movement & access#
Visitor access is intended through the ecotourism gate and information area, then along the agreed route. Vehicle access and parking are placed in the settlement area. The water direction towards Gili Sulat–Gili Lawang is used only under a coordination arrangement with the boat operators, which is not yet in place.
F · Proposed future development#
A further development area is identified for future consideration. Nothing in it is approved, funded or scheduled; it requires a spatial check, an environmental review and a village decision before any work.
