This page does three things: it puts the two workshop proposals and the illustrative framework in one place, it shows what each share means in rupiah for a given surplus, and it lets you test a figure yourself.
A percentage is not a performance measure
Comparing allocations does not tell you which is better. A share only becomes meaningful against the cost it has to cover and the result it is meant to produce — and those figures are not yet recorded for either village.

| Total | 100% |
Two workshop proposals and one illustrative framework. None of the three is an adopted policy.
Surplus-based allocation simulator#
Enter your own figures. The calculator applies a scenario to the distributable surplus by default, or to gross revenue as an illustration of the difference.
Enter figures to see the distributable surplus and the resulting allocation. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
Simulation Only — Not Actual Financial Data.
Nothing entered here is stored or transmitted. The result is a projection, not a report.
Why surplus-based is the recommendation, and why it is only a recommendation
Applying a percentage to gross revenue transfers the cost of running the destination into the allocation: the guide is paid twice, once as an operating cost and once as a share. Applying it to the surplus after costs is the cleaner method. It is a recommendation for consideration — it has not been adopted by either village, and adopting it is a decision for the village forum.
Supporting documents & downloads
One page can carry several PDF attachments. Until the documentation team uploads them, this section says so instead of offering an empty download.
Supporting documents will be available after publication.
