Denda Seruni Mangrove Conservation & Spatial Function Plan

Desa Seruni Mumbul · three gates, indicative zones and protection

Draft IndikatifWorkshop resultConservation & spatial plan Seruni MumbulUpdated 31 Oct 2026

The conservation and spatial function plan for Denda Seruni Mangrove Ecotourism. The reference map is displayed as supplied, with its original orientation, relative positions and labels.

What this page is, and what it is not

This page shows the village reference map with an indicative zone framework (Zone A–E). The zone names and codes are design categories, not an official zoning determination. No boundary has been drawn by this portal and no location has been added that is not on the source map.

There is deliberately no inset location map on this page: the reference map already carries its own orientation and relative position, and adding an inset would imply a precision that the source data does not support.

Draft zone framework from the workshop board. The boundary is “indikatif berdasarkan peta asli”; no area figure, coordinate or permit status is established here.

A · Existing spatial conditions#

The area is reached from Jl. Raya Sambelia and organised around three gates, each with its own parking area: Gate 1 / Parkir 1 at Denda Seruni, Gate 2 / Parkir 2, and Gate 3 / Parkir 3 near Kampung Mandar. The village office, the Areal Wisata Denda Seruni, the settlement areas, Mushola An-Nur and the mangrove waterway complete the structure of the reference map. Positions are described by the names on the source map only; this portal has not measured an area or fixed a coordinate.

B · Ecotourism facility development#

Facility development is described as an area identified on the plan map, not as a set of existing buildings. Any construction requires the spatial check in the verification table first, and no construction is proposed inside the protection zone.

C · Coastal settlement & community economy#

Settlement areas and community activity — including Kampung Mandar, the area around Mushola An-Nur and the stall and culinary activity near the gates — are recorded as existing conditions from the reference map. No relocation or boundary change is proposed.

D · Conservation & ecological protection#

The mangrove area and the waterway edge are proposed for protection: no clearing, no fill, no extraction and no route that requires cutting the root network. The boundary is pending verification.

E · Visitor movement & access#

Visitors arrive from Jl. Raya Sambelia and enter through one of the three gates, each with a parking area. Visitor movement between the gates and the activity area follows the internal route on the reference map. No new access point is added by this plan.

F · Proposed future development#

A facility development area is identified on the plan map. Nothing in it is approved, funded or scheduled; it requires a spatial check, an environmental review and a village decision before any work.
