A discussion is not a permit
A workshop discussion — even a detailed one — is not evidence of a permit, an approval or a zoning determination. A row may only be marked Verified by an administrator, on the basis of a supporting document from the competent agency. Every row below is still open.
How a row is closed#
- The location and the planned activity are written down and drawn on the village map.
- The official spatial reference is examined for that location.
- The question is submitted in writing to the competent agency.
- The written answer is uploaded as a supporting document.
- Only then may the administrator set the status to Verified.
